The old reception room of the bar has been transformed into a lounge/dining room for your winter evenings next to the fireplace or on its terrace for your summer aperitifs. Bathed in light and full of charm, this cosy room will seduce you with its high ceiling (8m) and its character.

The Rooms of your holiday home Avignon

Le Complot offers 3 spacious rooms (Tempera, Kako and Cosmos) around 30 m2 in each with a bathroom, toilet and double bed.

The rooms are located on the 1st and 2nd floor without lift.

Le Complot can welcome very comfortably 6 people.

This location is ideal for families with older children or friends couples.

Access to the bedrooms is via a spiral staircase, there is no lift in the house.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHILDREN UNDER 12 years old for safety reasons:

– The spiral staircase can be dangerous for children under 12 years old.

– The windows in the rooms are low and have a direct view over the living room (high ceiling).

Animals are not accepted !

The Terrace of your holiday home in Avignon

The large glass roofs reveal an elegant terrace, shaded by giant bamboo trees, of 80 m2 exposed south-east, shaded and sunny.

The terrace is very pleasant for breakfast, lunch, dinner or simply to enjoy the sun of Provence…

Prices 2024

Price TTC for the house, per night.

• November to March (Low Season): from €450
• April and October – (Mid Season): from €630
• May to September (except festival period) & Holidays : €745
• July – (Festival period) : €945
• Cleaning at the end of the stay: €120
• Best available rates do not include breakfast.
• Breakfast is not an offered service.

Booking conditions and cancellation policy

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• For a cancellation 15 days before your arrival, the deposit is refunded.
• For a cancellation 14 days before your arrival, the deposit is kept.
• For a cancellation 7 days before your arrival, the full amount of your reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
• For any shortened stay reported during the stay, the entire stay is due.
• No-shows : The full amount of the stay is due and will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee at the time of booking.

Special cancellation July conditions (Avignon Festival)

• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• For a cancellation 60 days before your arrival, the deposit is refunded.
• For a cancellation between 60 and 30 days before your arrival, the deposit is kept.
• For a cancellation 30 days before your arrival, the totality of your reservation will be charged.
• For any shortened stay reported during the stay, the stay is due in full.
• No-shows: The full amount of the stay is due and will be charged to the credit card used as a guarantee at the time of booking.
